RedHead actually started on a bass boat in Tennessee. It wasn’t some boardroom meeting; it was just guys making boots that could handle twelve-hour shifts in freezing water without rotting off your feet. We were sick of those “premium” hunting boots that leaked after a single season and the cheap alternatives that basically turned your feet into hamburger meat by noon. So, we just built what we actually needed. Real waterproofing. Insulation that doesn’t quit. Leather that breaks in instead of breaking down.
Turns out, we weren’t the only ones looking for that.
